Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing SAGAMI products.

To ensure you enjoy shopping at Sagami.uk with full satisfaction, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product together with a copy of your order confirmation within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unopened, unused, sealed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene and safety reasons, condoms and personal care products cannot be returned if the product packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or damaged, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for unwanted items. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund if the return meets the conditions above. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.

Where applicable, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery charge originally paid for the order. Any upgraded or express delivery cost above our standard delivery option will not be refunded. Return postage is not refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customs duties, carrier handling fees, import charges, or other charges paid directly to customs authorities or delivery carriers are not refundable by SAGAMI UK.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return request directly through your customer account or contact our customer support team.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us in line with the return conditions above.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund promptly.
