Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped once full payment and all required information have been received. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

EU Shipping:
We aim to provide a smooth delivery experience for our EU customers. VAT and applicable import taxes for eligible EU orders are calculated at checkout through the IOSS system. Orders under €150 should generally not incur additional import VAT charges upon delivery. In rare cases, additional customs or carrier handling fees may apply depending on local customs procedures.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. SAGAMI UK is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
