Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped once full payment and all required information have been received. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

EU Shipping:
We aim to provide a smooth delivery experience for our EU customers. VAT for eligible EU orders is calculated and collected at checkout through the EU IOSS system. Orders under €150 should generally not incur additional import VAT charges upon delivery.

Please note that IOSS only covers VAT collection and does not cover customs duties, carrier handling fees, or other charges applied by local customs authorities or shipping carriers.

From 1 July 2026, EU orders may also be subject to a separate customs duty collected by the delivery carrier before or at delivery.

For customs clearance, we are required to provide accurate product information to the courier and customs authorities. This means the customs declaration attached to the parcel may include a product description such as “condoms”. This information is required for customs clearance and cannot be removed or replaced with an inaccurate description. We will continue to pack orders discreetly where possible, but customs information may be visible on the outer shipping label or customs declaration.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. SAGAMI UK is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
