Terms of service

When you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At checkout, we will obtain authorisation from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card to pay). Once the credit card authorisation is received, we will proceed with the shipment. If credit card authorisation is not received, your checkout will be cancelled.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact our Customer Services Team at cs@sagami.uk. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.

Proof of Purchase

The SAGAMI store will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You may print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase.

Credit Card
At the time your order is placed, the SAGAMI store obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

PayPal
SAGAMI store accepts PayPal payments.

Customs and Tax

When ordering from the SAGAMI store outside United Kingdom, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the package is kept or confiscated by custom, the SAGAMI store will not be responsible for any lost, including but not limited to the postage and the item cost.

Prices

The SAGAMI store endeavours to offer you competitive prices on all our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of purchase) plus any applicable packaging and shipping charges. The SAGAMI store reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at SAGAMI.UK at any time.
